Born in a small town in South Wales, Cece was raised in a singing family. Her parents hailed from the beautiful island of Jamaica. 

Being the youngest of 6 and having older siblings who sang all the time, made it inevitable that she would start singing from a very young age.

Attending  a lively church from the age of 9, gave Cece another avenue to release and develop her God-given talent. She was involved in singing with national and local choirs, groups, as a soloist, and led worship/choirs as a part of a multicultural church.
